Disclosed are a method for operating building facilities of a centralized air conditioning system and a device thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, as a tool for energy management of the centralized air conditioning system based on a building energy management system (BEMS), by targeting the centralized air conditioning system operated in a BEMS platform installed in a building, if an error occurs by collecting operation information with regard to the centralized air conditioning system among information of the BEMS, a measurement value is combined with a control point having an association to be compared in one screen. 중앙집중식 공조시스템의 건물설비 운영 방법 및 장치를 개시한다. 본 실시예는 BEMS를 기반으로 하여 중앙공조시스템의 에너지관리를 위한 도구로서, 건물에 설치된 BEMS 플랫폼 내에서 작동하는 중앙집중식 공조시스템을 대상으로, BEMS의 정보 중 중앙집중식 공조시스템에 대한 운전정보를 수집하여 오차가 발생하는 경우, 연관성을 갖는 관제점과 함께 측정치를 조합하여 하나의 화면에서 비교할 수 있도록 하는 중앙집중식 공조시스템의 건물설비 운영 방법 및 장치를 제공한다.
