The present invention relates to a method for providing a content search service and a server therefor. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the method for providing the content search service can comprise: a step of providing recommendation tags, which is to set a recommendation tag, search those pieces of content including the recommendation tag from a plurality of pieces of content registered, and generate a recommendation list; a step of conducting a first search, which is to, when an input on a first tag selected by the user terminal among the recommendation tags is received, extract first related tags related to the first tag, search those pieces of content including the first tag, and generate a first list; and a step of conducting a second search, which is to, when an input on a second tag selected by the user terminal among the first related tags is received, extract second related tags related to the first tag and the second tag, search those pieces of content including the first tag and the second tag at the same time, and generate a second list.
