Summary:The present invention relates to an operating structure of a safety filter syringe capable of leading a needle into a chamber by expansion force of an expansion spring, which comprises: a plunger inserted into the chamber of the cylinder and moves forward and backward to inject and withdraw an injection solution; a stopper provided on a front outer surface of the plunger; a stopper cap provided on the front surface of the stopper to catch the stopper; a sleeve provided on the front surface of the stopper cap and being locked with the stopper as the stopper is inserted according to the advancement of the plunger; and the expansion spring provided in the interior of the chamber and allowing the sleeve to be retracted from the stopper. 본 발명은 팽창스프링의 팽창력에 의해 주사바늘을 챔버 내로 인입시킬 수 있는 안전 필터 주사기의 작동구조에 관한 것으로, 실린더의 챔버 내로 삽입되어 주사액을 주입하고 인출시키기 위해 전, 후 이동하는 플런저와, 상기 플런저의 전면 외곽에 구비되는 스토퍼와, 상기 스토퍼의 전면에 구비되어 스토퍼가 걸리는 스토퍼 캡과, 상기 스토퍼 캡의 전면에 구비되어 플런저의 전진에 따라 스토퍼가 삽입되면서 스토퍼와 록킹되는 슬리브와, 상기 챔버의 내부에 구비되어 스토퍼와 록킹되는 슬리브를 후퇴시킬 수 있도록 하는 팽창스프링을 포함한다.
