Summary: | The present specification discloses a method for manufacturing a ceramic ball, the method including the steps of: manufacturing a mixture by mixing aluminum oxide, silicate mineral, binder and zerovalent iron; extruding the mixture to produce an extrudate; and drying and firing the extrudate, wherein the firing step is performed by heat treatment in a temperature range of 1000-1300°C or by a first microwave treatment.
본 명세서는 알루미늄 산화물, 규산염 광물, 바인더 및 영가철을 혼합하여 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; 상기 혼합물을 압출하여 압출물을 생성하는 단계;및 상기 압출물을 건조하고 소성하는 단계;를 포함하고, 상기 소성하는 단계는, 1000℃ 내지 1300℃의 온도범위에서 열처리하여 소성시키거나, 또는, 제1마이크로파 처리로 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 세라믹볼의 제조방법을 개시한다. |
