According to the present invention, a memory controller comprises: a power supply time measurement part for measuring a power supply time that is a time for which power is supplied to the memory controller; and a command blocking part deactivating a preset command among commands input from a host to the memory controller in response to accumulated power supply time that is a time in which the power supply time is accumulated. 본 기술은 전자 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 기술에 따른 메모리 컨트롤러는, 메모리 컨트롤러에 전원이 인가된 시간인 전원 인가시간을 측정하는 전원 인가시간 측정부 및 전원 인가시간을 누적한 시간인 누적 전원인가 시간에 대응하여 호스트에서 메모리 컨트롤러로 입력되는 커맨드들 중 미리 설정된 커맨드를 비활성화시키는 커맨드 차단부를 포함한다.
