Summary:The present invention relates to a new type of picture frame which is different from a conventional picture frame type by using hair and salt and a manufacturing method thereof. The picture frame of the present invention comprises: an image panel (10) including an edge portion (11) formed at the edge and an image portion (12) cut for a margin portion inside the edge portion (11) to be removed by laser processing, wherein the edge portion (11) and the image portion (12) are connected and integrated into one body; a base panel (20) arranged under the image panel (10) to support the image panel and coupled to the image panel (10) by a finishing member; a salt mortar (30) filling a space formed by the image portion (12) when the image panel (10) is placed on the base panel (20); an adhesive (35) applied on a surface of the salt mortar (30); and a plurality of threads of hair (40) formed by dyeing the hair in a color desired for expression, and scattering and adhering to the surface of the salt mortar (30) coated with the adhesive (35). 본 발명은 모발과 소금을 이용하여 기존의 틀에 박힌 형태의 액자에서 벗어나 새로운 형태의 액자 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 액자는 가장자리에 테두리부(11)가 형성되고, 테두리부(11)의 안쪽으로 레이저가공에 의해 여백부분이 제거되도록 재단된 이미지부(12)가 테두리부(11)에 연결되어 일체로 형성된 이미지패널(10); 상기 이미지패널(10)의 하측에 이미지패널을 받쳐주도록 배치되고, 마감부재에 의해 상기 이미지패널(10)과 결합되는 베이스패널(20); 상기 베이스패널(20)에 이미지패널(10)이 올려진 상태에서 이미지부(12)에 의해 형성되는 여백공간에 충전되는 소금몰타르(30); 상기 소금몰타르(30)의 표면에 도포되는 접착제(35); 접착제(35)가 도포된 소금몰타르(30)의 표면에 흩어뿌려져 부착되고, 모발을 표현하고자 하는 색상으로 염색하여 설정된 길이로 절단시켜 형성한 복수개의 모발사(40);로 이루어진다.
