The present invention relates to an auxiliary instrument for ophthalmology, and more particularly to an auxiliary instrument for ophthalmology which can effectively support various devices positioned on a cornea for a diagnosis or a surgery of an eyeball. The auxiliary instrument for ophthalmology according to the present invention is adapted to support an ophthalmological instrument positioned on a cornea for a diagnosis or a surgery of an eyeball, and includes: a support ring positioned on a surface of an eyeball to support the ophthalmological instrument; and a movement restraining means installed in the support ring to restrain the support ring from moving on the eyeball, wherein the movement restraining means includes a plurality of attachment pads that are disposed in the support ring at a regular interval and may be elastically deformed to be attached to a surface of the eyeball. 본 발명은 안과용 보조기구에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 안구의 진단 또는 수술을 위해 각막 위에 올려놓는 다양한 기구들을 효과적으로 지지할 수 있는 안과용 보조기구에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 안과용 보조기구는 안과 진단 또는 수술시 각막 위에 올려놓는 안과기구를 지지하기 위한 것으로서, 안구의 표면에 올려져 안과기구를 지지하는 지지링과, 지지링이 안구상에서 유동하는 것을 억제하기 위해 지지링에 설치되는 유동억제수단을 포함하고, 상기 유동억제수단은 지지링에 일정간격으로 배치되며 안구의 표면에 밀착될 수 있도록 탄성적으로 변형이 가능한 다수의 밀착패드를 구비한다.
