The present invention relates to a display device which can simplify processes and improve touch sensitivity. The display device having a touch sensor according to the present invention comprises a touch sensor disposed on an encapsulation unit, an intermediate layer disposed between the encapsulation unit and the touch sensor, and an organic film disposed on an upper part or a lower part of the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer of the present invention comprises a first intermediate layer having a lower dielectric constant than that of the organic film, and a second intermediate layer having higher hardness than that of the first intermediate layer, thereby improving touch sensitivity and simplifying processes. 본 발명은 공정 단순화 및 터치 감도를 향상시킬 수 있는 표시 장치에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 터치 센서를 가지는 표시 장치는 봉지 유닛 상에 배치되는 터치 센서와, 봉지 유닛과 상기 터치 센서 사이에 배치되는 중간층과, 중간층의 상부 또는 하부에 배치되는 유기막을 구비한다. 이러한 본 발명의 중간층은 유기막보다 유전율이 낮은 제1 중간층과, 제1 중간층보다 경도가 높은 제2 중간층을 구비함으로싸 터치 감도 향상시킬 수 있으며 공정을 단순화할 수 있다.
