According to various embodiments of the present invention, an electronic device includes: a housing; a display exposed through a part of the housing; at least one access point (AP) and/or at least one external electronic device; at least one wireless communication circuit formed to perform Wi-Fi wireless communication; a processor operatively connected with the display and the wireless communication circuit; and a memory operatively connected with the processor. The memory can store, when executed, instructions for enabling the processor to: receive a first signal from at least one AP, through the wireless communication circuit, by Wi-Fi scanning; receive a second signal including information about the at least one AP from the at least one external electronic device through the wireless communication circuit; determine the condition of a wireless communication channel for the AP at least partially based on the first and second signals; and provide a graphic user interface (GUI) including an object indicating the determined condition of the wireless communication channel onto the display.
