Summary:The present invention proposes that lubricant can be smoothly supplied to a bearing housing supporting a roll shaft. The lubrication device, according to the present invention, comprises: a housing including an upper roll housing and a shaft support plate of a lower roll housing parallel to each other; a pair of roll shafts (32A, 32B) capable of mounting a rolling roll, and horizontally disposed to have a regular interval up and down; and two pairs of bearing housings which are configured, in order to support the roll shafts (32A, 32B) respectively, as a pair for one roll shaft, and respectively installed in bearing housing support holes (18) formed in the upper roll housing and the shaft support plate. An oil pocket (16) having a constant circumferential width is formed on an inner surface of the bearing housing support holes (18) of the upper roll housing and the shaft support plate. The oil pocket is connected to an oil supply passage (17) formed in the upper roll housing and the shaft support plate. A lubricant supply hole (19) formed in the bearing housing is installed in the region of the oil pocket. 본 발명은 롤샤프트를 지지하는 베어링 하우징으로 윤활유를 원활하게 공급할 수 있는 것을 제안한다. 본 발명 윤활장치는, 서로 평행한 판상의 어퍼 롤하우징과 로어 롤하우징의 샤프트 지지판을 포함하는 하우징; 압연롤을 장착할 수 있고, 상하 일정한 간격을 가지도록 수평으로 배치되는 한 쌍의 롤샤프트(32A,32B); 그리고 상기 롤샤프트(32A,32B)를 각각 지지하기 위하여, 하나의 롤샤프트에 대하여 한 쌍으로 구성되고, 어퍼 롤하우징 및 샤트프 지지판에 성형되는 베어링 하우징 지지공(18)에 각각 설치되는 두 쌍의 베어링하우징으로 구성된다. 여기서 어퍼 롤하우징 및 샤트프 지지판의 베어링 하우징 지지공(18)의 내측면에는 일정한 원주방향의 폭을 가지는 오일포켓(16)이 형성되고, 상기 오일포켓은 어퍼 롤하우징 및 샤트프 지지판의 내부에 형성되는 오일공급통로(17)와 연결되며, 베어링 하우징에 성형되는 윤활유공급공(19)은 오일포켓의 영역 내에 설치된다.
