The microorganism can increase the production of 3-HP while reducing the use amount of cyanocobalamin in a medium. 아데노실트랜스퍼라제(adenosyltransferase)를 코딩하는 유전자로 형질전환된 3-히드록시프로피온산(3-HP) 생산 미생물 및 이를 이용한 3-히드록시프로피온산(3-HP) 생산 방법에 관한 것이다. 상기 미생물은 배지 내 시아노코발라민의 사용량을 저감시키면서도 3-HP 생산량을 증대시킬 수 있다.
