Summary: | Provided is a semiconductor device capable of optimizing power consumed in transmitting and receiving signals while transmitting and receiving signals at high speed. A semiconductor system comprises: a first semiconductor device generating a driving force control signal by comparing an original signal with a reception signal, driving the original signal with the driving force in accordance with the driving force control signal to output the original signal as an external transmission signal; and a second semiconductor device generating a positive signal and a negative signal by receiving the external transmission signal, generating a recovery signal in response to the positive signal and the negative signal, and outputting the recovery signal to the first semiconductor device as the external transmission signal.
원본 신호와 수신 신호를 비교하여 구동력 제어 신호를 생성하고, 상기 구동력 제어 신호에 따른 구동력으로 상기 원본 신호를 드라이빙하여 외부 전달 신호로서 출력하는 제 1 반도체 장치; 및 상기 외부 전달 신호를 입력 받아 정 신호 및 부 신호를 생성하고, 상기 정 신호 및 상기 부 신호에 응답하여 복원 신호를 생성하며, 상기 복원 신호를 상기 외부 전달 신호로서 상기 제 1 반도체 장치에 출력하는 제 2 반도체 장치를 포함한다. |
