Summary: | The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an anti-bacterial cutting board and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an anti-bacterial cutting board, which comprises: an anti-bacterial masterbatch manufacturing step of manufacturing an antibacterial masterbatch with polybutene-1, metal oxide and calcium oxide; a raw material mixing step of mixing polyethylene, polypropylene, a pigment masterbatch and the anti-bacterial masterbatch; and a molding step of molding a mixture manufactured through the raw material mixing step into a cutting board. The anti-bacterial cutting board manufactured through the steps has excellent mechanical properties such as stiffness and impact strength, fluidity and formability, and shows improved heat discoloration resistance, stain resistance and light resistance.
본 발명은 항균도마의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 폴리부텐-1, 금속산화물 및 산화칼슘으로 항균 마스터배치를 제조하는 항균마스터배치제조단계, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌, 안료 마스터배치 및 상기 항균 마스터배치를 혼합하는 원료혼합단계 및 상기 원료혼합단계를 통해 제조된 혼합물을 도마로 성형하는 성형단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 제조되는 항균도마는 강성 및 충격강도와 같은 기계적 물성과 유동성 및 성형성이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 향상된 내열변색성, 내오성 및 내광성을 나타낸다. |
