The present invention is to provide a laser spot welding apparatus which can easily weld a welding object having a closed structure and prevent laser welding defects due to contamination of a laser optical lens. The laser spot welding apparatus according to the present invention includes: a base frame on which a driving member is installed; a lifting frame connected to the driving member and lifted and lowered by the driving member; a laser head installed on the lifting frame and emitting a laser beam to an object to be welded; a holding unit connected to the lifting frame so that the laser beam passes through a hollow, and pressing and holding the upper surface of the object to be welded; and a clamp arm supporting the lower surface of the object to be welded and configured to be attached to and detached from the base frame. 본 발명에 따른 레이저 스폿용접장치는, 구동부재가 설치된 베이스프레임; 상기 구동부재에 연결되어, 상기 구동부재에 의해 승강되는 승강프레임; 상기 승강프레임에 설치되며, 피용접물에 레이저빔을 발사하는 레이저헤드; 상기 레이저빔이 중공을 통과하도록 상기 승강프레임에 연결되며, 상기 피용접물의 상면을 압박하여 홀딩하는 홀딩부; 및 상기 피용접물의 하면을 지지하며, 상기 베이스프레임에 착탈되도록 구성되는 클램프암;을 포함한다.
