Summary:The present invention relates to a manufacturing process of forming, in an autoclave, a composite material sandwich structure on which a preprag is laminated, the manufacturing process comprising: a first step (S1) of increasing an internal temperature of the autoclave, wherein an internal pressure of the autoclave is not increased; a second step (S2) of keeping, when the internal temperature of the autoclave has reached a first temperature, the temperature constant, and forming a sandwich structure by increasing the internal pressure of the autoclave; a third step (S3) of keeping, when the internal pressure of the autoclave has reached a first pressure, the pressure constant, and heating the autoclave until the internal temperature of the autoclave reaches a second temperature; a fourth step (S4) increasing the internal temperature of the autoclave from the second temperature to a third temperature at a heating rate lower than that of the third step such that a temperature deviation of the sandwich structure is within 5°C; a fifth step (S5) of keeping the internal temperature and the internal pressure of the autoclave constant for a predetermined time when the internal temperature of the autoclave has reached the third temperature; and a sixth step (S6) of cooling the internal temperature of the autoclave to a fourth temperature and releasing the internal pressure of the autoclave when the temperature has reached the fourth temperature. The manufacturing process is capable of improving the quality of the entire composite material sandwich structure. 본 발명은 오토클래이브 내부에서 프리프레그가 적층된 복합재 샌드위치 구조물을 성형하는 제조공정으로서, 오토클래이브 내부의 온도는 승온시키되 오토클래이브 내부의 압력은 상승하지 않는 제1단계(S1); 오토클래이브 내부 온도가 제1온도에 도달하면, 온도는 일정하게 유지시키되, 오토클래이브 내부 압력을 가압하여 샌드위치 구조물을 성형하는 제2단계(S2); 오토클래이브 내부 압력이 제1압력에 도달하면, 압력은 일정하게 유지시키되, 내부 온도가 제2온도에 도달할 때까지 승온시키는 제3단계(S3); 상기 샌드위치 구조물의 온도편차를 5 ℃ 이내로 하기 위해, 상기 제3단계의 승온율보다 낮은 승온율로 오토클래이브 내부 온도를 제2온도부터 제3온도까지 상승시키는 제4단계(S4); 오토클래이브 내부 온도가 제3온도에 도달한 상태에서, 소정시간 동안 오토클래이브 내부의 온도와 압력을 일정하게 유지시키는 제5단계(S5); 오토클래이브 내부를 제4온도까지 냉각하고, 제4온도 도달시 오토클래이브 내부 압력을 해제하는 제6단계(S6);를 포함하는, 복합재 샌드위치 구조물 제조방법을 제공한다.
