The present invention, as one aspect, is to provide a safety arm apparatus and a drop test apparatus, which can prevent a worker′s accident and reduce the maintenance cost of a facility. The present invention provides the safety arm apparatus comprising: an apparatus main body; a safety arm means installed at the apparatus main body and supporting a weight means of the drop test apparatus; and a rotation means arranging the safety arm means as a fall area of the weight means, or rotating to deviate from the fall area.
