Summary:Provided are a multiple access control apparatus and a resource overlap ratio adjustment method thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, in a non-orthogonal multiple access system, the multiple access control apparatus allocates resources by dividing a plurality of user terminals into a short-distance terminal and a long-distance terminal according to distance, calculates the capacity of the short-distance and long-distance terminals in different methods, respectively, while adjusting a short-distance resource overlap ratio, which is a ratio of using a resource of the resources allocated to the long-distance terminal to be shared with the short-distance terminal in an overlapping manner, and a long-distance resource overlap ratio, which is a ratio of using a resource of the resources allocated to the short-distance terminal to be shared with the long-distance terminal in an overlapping manner, in fixed variance units, and selects a short-distance resource overlap ratio and a long-distance resource overlap ratio in accordance with the calculated capacity of the short-distance and long-distance terminals. Accordingly, the non-orthogonal multiple access system is switched to a partial non-orthogonal multiple access system, thereby maximizing the total capacity or increasing the total capacity more than that of an existing method while reducing a gap capacity which is a capacity difference between the user terminals. 본 실시예는 비직교 다중 접속 시스템(Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access)에 있어서, 다수의 사용자 단말을 거리에 따라 근거리 단말과 원거리 단말로 구분하여 자원을 할당하고, 원거리 단말에 할당된 자원 중 근거리 단말이 중첩으로 공유하여 사용하는 비율인 근거리 자원 중첩비와 근거리 단말에 할당된 자원 중 원거리 단말이 중첩으로 공유하여 사용하는 비율인 원거리 자원 중첩비를 기지정된 가변량 단위로 조절하면서 근거리 단말과 원거리 단말의 용량을 서로 다르게 지정된 방식으로 계산하며, 계산된 근거리 단말과 원거리 단말의 용량에 따라 근거리 자원 중첩비와 원거리 자원 중첩비를 선택하는 다중 접속 제어 장치 및 이의 자원 중첩비 조절 방법을 제공할 수 있다. 따라서 비직교 다중 접속 시스템을 부분 비직교 다중 접속 시스템으로 전환하여 합 용량을 최대로 하거나 사용자 단말별 용량의 차인 갭 용량을 줄이면서도 합 용량을 기존보다 향상시킬 수 있다.
