Summary: | A centrifugal microfluidic reactor according to the present invention includes: an injection part into which alginate fluid is injected; a microchannel in the form of a needle with an upper end connected to the injection part; and a crosslinking part in which an aqueous solution containing calcium ions is accommodated at the lower side of the microchannel to form an alginate cross-linking. The centrifugal microfluidic reactor according to the present invention has an advantage of being easy to manufacture with a simple structure, and being capable of mass production of fine particles or fine fibers in a short time.
본 발명에 따른 원심 미세유체 반응기는 알지네이트 유체가 주입되는 주입부; 상단이 상기 주입부에 연결되고, 주사침 형태인 미세채널; 및 상기 미세채널의 하측에 칼슘 이온을 포함하는 수용액이 수용되어 알지네이트 가교가 이루어지는 가교부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 원심 미세유체 반응기는 간단한 구조로 제작이 용이하고, 단시간 내에 미세입자 또는 미세섬유의 대량 생산이 가능하다는 장점이 있다. |
