According to the present invention, disclosed is a clutch device of a transmission. The clutch device of a transmission according to the present invention includes: a disc set unit in which friction plates and friction discs are alternately arranged; a piston unit for pressing the disc set unit by using hydraulic pressure; and a spring unit having a return spring unit which is pressed by the piston unit to provide reaction force to the piston unit, and a cushion spring unit which is compressed to relieve cushion impact of the disc set unit when the piston unit presses the disc set unit. 변속기의 클러치 장치에 관한 발명이 개시된다. 본 발명에 따른 변속기의 클러치 장치는: 마찰 플레이트와 마찰 디스크가 서로 교호되게 배치되는 디스크 세트부; 디스크 세트부를 유압에 의해 가압하는 피스톤부; 및 피스톤부에 의해 가압되어 피스톤부에 반력을 제공하는 리턴 스프링부와, 피스톤부가 디스크 세트부 가압시 압축되어 디스크 세트부의 충격을 완화시키는 쿠션 스프링부를 구비하는 스프링부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
