The present invention relates to a coating composition for a flexible plastic film and, more specifically, to a coating composition for producing a flexible plastic film having excellent flexibility while exhibiting high hardness. The coating composition of the present invention exhibits pliability, flexibility, high hardness, scratch resistance, and high transparency, and can be usefully applied to flexible mobile devices, display devices, front panels of various instrument panels, display parts, and the like, because it is less likely to damage a film even when repeatedly bent or folded for a long time. 본 발명은 플렉시블 플라스틱 필름용 코팅 조성물에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 고경도를 나타내면서도 우수한 유연성을 갖는 플렉시블 플라스틱 필름을 제조하기 위한 코팅 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 코팅 조성물에 따르면, 유연성, 굴곡성, 고경도, 내찰상성, 고투명도를 나타내며 반복하여 휘어지거나 장시간 접혔을 때도 필름이 손상될 우려가 적어, 플렉시블 모바일 기기, 디스플레이 기기, 각종 계기판의 전면판, 표시부 등에 유용하게 적용할 수 있다.
