According to a method of the present invention, a work is suctioned and held by at least one among clamping surfaces and one lateral surface of the work to be resin-molded in a cavity recess part is resin-molded in a molding die set. The present method comprises: a step of suctioning and holding a release film for covering at least one among clamping surfaces of a molding die set; a step of setting the work in the molding die set; a step of suctioning the opposite surface of the work through a work suctioning hole of the release film formed before and after the release film is held in order to hold the work on the clamping surface; a step of closing the molding die set to clamp the work; and a step of pressing and heating the resin contained in the cavity recess part. According to the present invention, the work can be accurately positioned and held on the clamping surface. 본 방법은 워크가 클램핑면들 중 적어도 하나에 흡입 및 유지되어 공동 오목부에 수지-몰딩되는, 워크의 일측면을 몰딩 다이 세트에 수지-몰딩할 수 있다. 본 방법은, 상기 몰딩 다이 세트의 클램핑면들 중 적어도 하나를 커버하는 해제막을 흡입 및 유지하는 단계; 상기 몰딩 다이 세트에 상기 워크를 설정하는 단계; 상기 워크를 상기 클램핑면 상에 유지하기 위하여, 상기 해제막을 홀딩하기 전후에 형성되는 상기 해제막의 워크 흡입 구멍을 통해 상기 워크의 타측면을 흡입하는 단계; 상기 워크를 클램핑하기 위하여 상기 몰딩 다이 세트를 폐쇄하는 단계; 및 상기 공동 오목부에 수용된 상기 수지를 수지와 함께 가압 및 가열하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
