The present invention relates to a liquefied gas re-gasifying system and a ship having the same. The liquefied gas re-gasifying system of the present invention includes: a suction drum storing liquefied gas supplied to a demand source from a liquefied gas storage tank; a liquefied gas supply pump pressurizing the liquefied gas discharged from the suction drum to supply the liquefied gas to the demand source; and a blow-down device stabilizing internal pressure of the suction drum and the liquefied gas supply pump and discharging the liquefied gas in a gaseous state in case of an emergency. The blow-down device includes a heat storage vaporizing liquid droplets present in the liquefied gas in the gaseous state, thereby drastically reducing an installation space and reducing a cost. 본 발명은 액화가스 재기화 시스템 및 이를 구비하는 선박에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 액화가스 재기화 시스템은, 액화가스 저장탱크로부터 수요처로 공급되는 액화가스를 저장하는 석션 드럼; 상기 석션 드럼에서 배출되는 액화가스를 가압하여 상기 수요처로 공급하는 액화가스 공급펌프; 및 상기 석션 드럼 및 상기 액화가스 공급펌프의 내압 안정화 및 비상상황 시 기체상태의 액화가스를 배출하는 블로다운 장치를 포함하며, 상기 블로다운 장치는, 기체상태의 액화가스에 존재하는 액적을 기화시키는 열저장고를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
