The apparatus rotates while the plurality of brushes are in close contact with the upper surface of the umbrella to remove rainwater from the upper surface of the umbrella in a short time. 본 발명은 우산 빗물 제거장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 방사상으로 대칭되게 배치된 날개의 하단에 다수개의 브러쉬를 형성하고, 우산의 상부면에 다수개의 브러쉬가 밀착한 상태에서 회전함으로써 짧은 시간에 우산 상부면의 빗물을 제거하는 것이 가능한 우산 빗물 제거장치에 관한 것이다.
