Provided are a light emitting device, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device including the light emitting device. The light emitting device includes: a first electrode and a second electrode facing each other; a quantum dot emission film disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode; and a charge auxiliary layer disposed between the emission film and the first electrode. The quantum dot emission film includes: a first surface facing the charge auxiliary layer; and an opposite second surface. In addition, the quantum dot emission film includes: a first emission layer having first quantum dots constituting the first surface; and a second emission layer including second quantum dots constituting the second surface, and disposed on the first emission layer, wherein the first quantum dots and the second quantum dots do not contain lead, and the first quantum dots and the second quantum dots contain a halide on the surface thereof.
