A mobile smart house has a container-like cuboid or a roofed shape, has a convenient structure for moving, and has a structure in which an awning member capable of blocking sunlight or rain and a floor member for functioning as a floor are recessed in a part of the house, but connects only necessary parts to a remote control or a signal receiver (Wi-Fi switch) so that the same can be operated by using the application of a smartphone, thereby automatically controlling the awning member and the floor member.
