Summary: | The present invention relates to a vacuum high frequency wood drying apparatus comprising: a body unit which provides a drying chamber sealed inside; a vacuum unit arranged to vacuum the drying chamber; a plurality of electrode plates arranged between the stacked wood in the drying chamber; and a high frequency oscillator connected to apply high frequency voltage to the electrode plates, wherein the body unit is provided with at least a flexible shape-variable material press body unit disposed on a ceiling portion of the drying chamber to compress the wood loaded with the press body unit in the vacuum of the drying chamber. The deformation does not occur even if drying is quickly performed by pressing wood laminates.
진공 고주파 목재 건조 장치가 제공된다. 이는 내부에 밀폐된 건조실을 제공하는 몸체부와, 건조실 내를 진공시키도록 배치되는 진공부와, 건조실 내 적재된 목재들의 사이에 층층이 배열되는 복수의 전극판과, 전극판들에 고주파 전압을 인가하도록 연결된 고주파 발진기를 포함한다. 몸체부는 적어도 건조실의 천정 부위에 배치된 플렉시블한 형상 가변성 재질의 압체부를 구비하여 건조실의 진공 시에 압체부가 적재된 목재들을 압착한다. 목재 적층물을 압체함으로써, 속성으로 건조가 이루어지더라도 변형이 발생하지 않는다. |
