Summary:The present invention relates to an apparatus for optimizing a hot stove, which includes: an outside temperature detection unit detecting the outside temperature and transmitting the outside temperature to a control unit; an exhaust gas temperature detection unit detecting the temperature of exhaust gas discharged from the hot stove and transmitting the exhaust gas temperature to the control unit; a blowing temperature detection unit detecting the temperature of air blowing from the hot stove to a blast furnace and transmitting the blowing temperature to the control unit; a fuel calorific value derivation unit which derives the fuel calorific value in a current combustion mode and delivers the fuel calorific value to the control unit; and a control unit for calculating a fuel flow rate which can optimize the hot stove in response to a change in a calorific value of the hot stove based on information received from the outside temperature detection unit, the exhaust gas temperature detection unit, the blowing temperature detection unit, and the fuel calorific value derivation unit. 본 발명은 열풍로 최적화 제어 장치에 관한 것으로, 외기온도를 검출하여 제어부에 전달하는 외기온도 검출부; 열풍로에서 배출되는 배가스온도를 검출하여 상기 제어부에 전달하는 배가스온도 검출부; 열풍로에서 고로에 배출되는 송풍온도를 검출하여 상기 제어부에 전달하는 송풍온도 검출부; 현재의 연소 모드에서 연료 발열량을 도출하여 상기 제어부에 전달하는 연료 발열량 도출부; 및 상기 외기온도 검출부, 배가스온도 검출부, 송풍온도 검출부, 및 연료 발열량 도출부로부터 전달받은 정보를 바탕으로 열풍로의 발열량 변화에 대응하여 열풍로를 최적화시킬 수 있는 연료 유량을 산출하는 상기 제어부;를 포함한다.
