Summary: | The present invention relates to a multiple valve assembly with a check valve function, wherein a plurality of valves including a check valve are provided in a concentric structure, while the location of the valves is individually controlled, thereby providing various flow amount control functions along with the check valve function. To this end, the present invention comprises: a main body housing (10) in which pipes for introduction and discharge of fluid are individually provided to face each other; a first ball valve (20) of which an outer shape is formed in a spherical shape, and in which a valve hole (21) is provided after being penetrated to provide a flow path of the fluid in the main body housing (10); and a second ball valve (30) of which an outer shape is formed in a spherical shape, and in which the valve hole (21) is provided after being penetrated to provide the flow path of the fluid in the main body housing (10), and a check valve body (33) is provided at a check valve hole (32) formed to be separated from the valve hole (21). Here, one between the first ball valve (20) and the second ball valve (30) is arranged on the inside of the other, while the two elements are provided to be individually rotatable around a concentric rotation axis. In addition, a valve driving member (50) is inserted by means of a valve driving member insertion hole (15) formed at the main body housing (10), such that the valve location of at least one between the first ball valve (20) and the second ball valve (30) can be adjusted.
본 발명은 체브밸브를 포함하는 복수의 밸브를 동심구조로 구비하되 개별적으로 밸브위치를 제어하여 체크밸브 기능과 함께 다양한 유량 제어 기능을 구현할 수 있는 체크밸브 기능을 구비한 다중 밸브 어셈블리에 관한 것으로서, 유체의 유입 및 배출을 위한 배관이 대향되게 각각 구비된 본체하우징(10); 및 외형이 구형태로 형성되고 상기 본체하우징(10)의 내부에서 유체의 유동경로를 제공하는 밸브공(21)이 관통되게 구비된 제1 볼밸브(20); 외형이 구형태로 형성되고 상기 본체하우징(10)의 내부에서 유체의 유동경로를 제공하는 밸브공(21)이 관통되게 구비되고, 상기 밸브공(21)과 구분되게 형성된 체크밸브공(32)에 체크밸브체(33)가 구비된 제2 볼밸브(30);를 포함하여 구성되며, 상기 제1 볼밸브(20)와 제2 볼밸브(30)는 둘 중 어느 하나가 다른 것의 내부에 배치되고 상호 동심 회전축을 중심으로 개별적으로 회전 가능하도록 구비되며, 상기 본체하우징(10)에 형성된 밸브구동부재 삽입공(15)을 통하여 밸브구동부재(50)를 삽입하여 상기 제1 볼밸브(20)와 제2 볼밸브(30) 중 적어도 어느 하나의 밸브위치를 조절할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 한다. |
