Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for producing porous biodegradable microparticles with reduced endotoxins, which can be used in injections for cosmetic fillers. A porous biodegradable microparticle composition produced through the present invention is an injection composition for cosmetic fillers, produced by combining 1) a surfactant in a dispersion, 2) weakly acidic water for water washing, and 3) gamma ray irradiation. The present invention has a remarkable effect of reducing endotoxins.
본 발명은 성형필러용 주사제에 사용할 수 있는 엔도톡신이 저감된 다공성의 생분해성 미세입자의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명을 통해 제조되는 다공성의 생분해성 미세입자 조성물은 1)분산욕에서의 계면활성제 2) 수세를 위한 약산성의 물 3) 감마레이 조사를 조합함에 따라서 제조되는 성형필러용 주사제 조성물로서 엔도톡신이 확실하게 저감되는 효과가 있다. |
