The present invention may provide a battery module comprising: a plurality of battery cells stacked together; a bus bar assembly disposed on a side where electrode tabs of the stacked plurality of battery cells are pulled out; an upper surface cover part disposed on at least one side of the remaining parts except for the side on which the electrode tab is pulled out from a laminated surface formed by stacking the plurality of battery cells; and a sensing module connected to the bus bar assembly to sense state information of the plurality of battery cells. The bus bar assembly, the upper surface cover part, and the sensing module are formed of one assembly structure. 본 발명은 상호 적층된 복수 개의 배터리 셀; 상기 적층된 복수 개의 배터리 셀의 전극 탭이 인출된 측부에 배치된 버스바 조립체; 상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀이 적층되어 형성된 적층면에서 상기 전극 탭이 인출된 측을 제외한 나머지 측부 중 적어도 일측에 배치된 상면 커버부; 및 상기 버스바 조립체에 연결되어 상기 복수 개의 배터리 셀의 상태 정보를 센싱하는 센싱 모듈;을 포함하고, 상기 버스바 조립체, 상기 상면 커버부 및 상기 센싱 모듈은 하나의 조립 구조체로 형성된, 배터리 모듈을 제공할 수 있다.
