Summary: | Embodiments of the present invention are to provide a manufacturing method of a sintered magnet having a high coercive force by suppressing grain growth during a sintering process, and the sintered magnet manufactured by the method. The method for manufacturing a sintered magnet according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps of: manufacturing an organic fluoride-coated additive on the rare earth hydride surface; and mixing the additive with magnetic powder and heating the same. The magnetic powder includes rare earth-iron-boron-based powder.
