Summary:Disclosed is an image forming device. The image forming device comprises: a print engine forming an image on paper; a paper feeding device picking up paper loaded in a tray and feeding the same to the print engine by using a pick-up roller, a feed roller, and a ledge roller; and a processor controlling the print engine and the paper feeding device to print data to be printed when the data to be printed is received, wherein the processor variably controls the feeding speed of the feed roller so that the feed roller can transfer the picked-up paper to the ledge roller within a preset time. 화상형성장치가 개시된다. 본 화상형성장치는, 용지에 화상을 형성하는 인쇄 엔진, 픽업롤러, 피드 롤러 및 레지 롤러를 이용하여, 트레이에 적재된 용지를 픽업하여 인쇄 엔진에 공급하는 급지장치, 및 인쇄 데이터가 수신되면, 수신된 인쇄 데이터가 인쇄되도록 인쇄 엔진 및 급지장치를 제어하는 프로세서;를 포함하고, 프로세서는, 피드 롤러가 픽업된 용지를 기 설정된 시간 안에 레지 롤러까지 이송시키도록 피드 롤러의 피딩 속도를 가변 제어하는 프로세서를 포함한다.
