Summary: | The present invention provides a gate valve capable of minimizing a pressure loss in a flowing fluid, which comprises: a body (10) which includes a main body (12), a sliding space (14) formed on the main body (12), a detachable flange (16) which communicates with the sliding space (14), and is detachably joined with the main body (12), and a bonnet (18) fixed and joined with an upper part of the main body (12); a first seat ring and a second seat ring (22, 26) which respectively come in close contact with each of a first stepped pulley unit and a second stepped pulley unit (165, 125) of the main body (12); a flow path opening/closing handle (30) which includes a rotary rod (32) in which a first screw thread (33) is formed on an outer surface, one extended end part penetrates the bonnet (18) to be inserted into the sliding space (14), an extended other end part protrudes towards the outside of the bonnet (16) for a certain vertical height to be supported by a supporter plate (34), and an operating handle (36) is joined with the other end part of the rotary rod (32); and a plate-shaped opening/closing slide (40) in which an insertion groove (42) is formed on an upper central part to be engaged by a screw with one side part of the rotary rod (32), penetrating holes (46) are arranged on a lower central part to respectively correspond to an inlet hole (162) and an outlet hole (123), and both surface parts vertically elevate and lower the sliding space (14) by being in close contact with the first seat ring and the second seat ring (22, 26), thereby opening/closing the inlet hole (162) and the outlet hole (123) to/from each other.
본 발명은, 본체(12), 본체(12)에 형성되는 슬라이딩공간(14), 슬라이딩공간(14)과 연통되며 본체(12)에 탈착 가능하게 결합되는 탈착플랜지(16), 본체(12)의 상측 부위에 고정결합되는 본넷(18)이 구비되는 몸체(10); 본체(12)의 제1, 2단차부(165, 125) 각각에 긴밀하게 밀착되는 제1, 2시트링(22, 26); 외면에 제1나사산(33)이 형성되되 연장되는 일단 부위는 본넷(18)을 관통하여 슬라이딩공간(14)으로 삽입되고 연장되는 타단 부위는 본넷(16) 외부로 일정 수직 높이 돌출되어 지지판(34)에 의해 지지되는 회전봉(32), 회전봉(32)의 타단 부위에 결합되는 조작핸들(36)로 이루어지는 유로개폐핸들(30); 상측 중앙 부위에는 회전봉(32)의 일측 부위가 나사 치합되는 삽입홈(42)이 형성되고, 하측 중앙 부위에는 유입홀(162) 및 배출홀(123) 각각에 대응하는 관통홀(46)이 마련되어, 양면 부위가 제1, 2시트링(22, 26)과 밀착된 상태로 슬라이딩공간(14)을 수직으로 승하강하며 유입홀(162) 및 배출홀(123) 상호 간을 개폐하는 판상 구조의 개폐슬라이드(40);를 포함하는 유동 유체의 압력 손실을 최소화할 수 있는 게이트 밸브를 제공한다. |
