The purpose of the present invention is to provide a hot and cold water mixing faucet capable of suppressing the damage to an O-ring while reducing the number of O-rings. A mixing faucet mechanism of the hot and cold water mixing faucet comprises: a resin casing (22); a hot water inlet port (A) formed on a front end portion of the casing and configured to communicate with a hot water supply port; a hot water valve seat (22d) installed in the hot water inlet port of the casing; a cold water inlet port (B) which is formed in the housing (4), and into which cold water is introduced; a cold water valve seat (4d) installed on the cold water inlet port of the housing; a resin control valve body (25) having a valve body (25a) in contact with the hot water valve seat and the cold water valve seat, and adjusting the opening degree of the hot water inlet port and the cold water inlet port; an O-ring (24) installed between the hot water inlet port and the cold water inlet port, partitioning the hot water inlet port and cold water inlet port, and being in contact with the valve body of the control valve body; and an actuator (28) having one end in contact with a partition wall (4b) and the other end in contact with the control valve body. 본 발명은, O-링 수를 감소시킴과 더불어, O-링의 손상을 억제할 수 있는 온·냉수 혼합 수전을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 온·냉수 혼합 수전의 혼합 수전 기구는, 수지제의 케이싱(22)과, 케이싱의 선단부에 형성되는, 온수 공급구와 연통하는 온수 유입구(A)와, 케이싱의 온수 유입구에 설치되는 온수 밸브 시트(22d)와, 하우징(4)에 형성되는, 냉수가 유입되는 냉수 유입구(B)와, 하우징의 냉수 유입구에 설치되는 냉수 밸브 시트(4d)와, 온수 밸브 시트와 냉수 밸브 시트에 접촉하는 밸브체(25a)를 가지며, 온수 유입구와 냉수 유입구의 개도 조정을 행하는, 수지제의 제어 밸브체(25)와, 온수 유입구와 냉수 유입구 사이에 설치되고, 온수 유입구와 냉수 유입구를 구획함과 더불어, 제어 밸브체의 밸브체에 접하는 O-링(24)과, 칸막이벽(4b)에 일단이 접하고, 타단이 제어 밸브체에 접하여 배치되는, 액추에이터(28)를 구비한다.
