The present invention provides a tool case fixing structure, including: a clamp in which a lower end is fixed to the bottom of a luggage room and a disk-shaped clamp support is coupled to an upper end to fix a spare tire to a lower part of the luggage room; and a tool case inserted into a spare tire rim and fastened to the upper part of the clamp support, wherein the tool case is fastened to the clamp support via a tool case bracket coupled to the bottom surface thereof. According to the present invention which has the configuration as described above, when the clamp is inserted into the spare tire rim, the visibility of an insertion hole is improved.
