The organic light emitting element comprises: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an organic layer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and comprising a light emitting layer. The light emitting layer comprises a compound. The compound comprises: an anthracene core; a condensed cyclic substituent represented by chemical formula 2-1 or chemical formula 2-2; and at least one substituent selected from a group comprising a substituted or non-substituted C6-C60 aryl group, a substituted or non-substituted C3-C60 carbocyclic group, and a substituted or non-substituted C3-C60 heterocyclic group. 발광 효율이 개선된 유기 발광 소자 및 화합물이 제공된다.
