Summary: | Provided is a nano hydrogel for a filler procedure which can significantly alleviate skin wrinkles. The nano hydrogel is a hydrogel formed of a polymer main chain, a crosslinking agent, and an exosome, wherein the exosome forms a homogeneously distributed three-dimensional network structure, thereby having excellent elasticity and viscosity at a level which can significantly alleviate skin wrinkles. Accordingly, skin wrinkles can be alleviated without a conventional injection type filler procedure using a syringe.
