Summary: | The present invention relates to a heat transport material, which has flow resistance of 60 to 400 Pa*s/m, more preferably 100 to 300 Pa*s/m, and even more preferably 120 to 250 Pa*s/m. The heat transport material includes thermally conductive coating containing a textile sheet material and graphite, wherein the graphite is contained in a proportion of 5 to 50 wt% based on the total weight of the heat transport material.
본 발명은, 60 Pa*s/m 내지 400 Pa*s/m, 더 바람직하게 100 Pa*s/m 내지 300 Pa*s/m, 그보다 더 바람직하게 120 Pa*s/m 내지 250 Pa*s/m의 유동 저항을 갖는 열 수송 재료(heat transport material)에 관한 것이며, 상기 열 수송 재료는 직물 시트 재료(textile sheet material) 및 흑연을 함유하는 열 전도 코팅(thermally conductive coating)을 포함하고, 이때 상기 흑연은 상기 열 수송 재료의 전체 중량을 기준으로 5 중량% 내지 50 중량%의 비율로 함유되어 있다. |
