The present invention aims to provide a hair rolling device which can be used in a cosmetic procedure such as perm. By winding hair through a rolling body portion having a cylindrical structure, it is possible to perform cosmetic procedures such as perm or curling. In addition, the present invention includes an energy converting portion converting electrical energy into thermal energy and then transferring the thermal energy to the outer circumferential surface of the rolling body portion so that heat is supplied to the hair wound by the rolling body portion. Hairstyle produced by the rolling body portion can be fixed in shape by the heat supply, thereby ensuring the lasting power of the hairstyle. Further, the present invention includes a cap portion covering a terminal member and one end of the rolling body portion, and preventing various drugs such as a neutralizing agent from being inputted to the terminal member while the rolling body portion is winding the hair during the hair treatment process, thereby minimizing the damage to the terminal member by a cover function of the cap portion. 본 발명은 퍼머 등 미용시술에 사용될 수 있는 헤어 롤링 장치를 제공하고자 하는 것을 그 목적으로 하며, 원통 구조를 갖는 롤링 바디부를 통해 머리카락을 권취함으로써, 이에 따라 펌 또는 컬링과 같은 미용 시술을 수행할 수 있게된다. 또한, 본 발명은 전기에너지를 열 에너지로 변환한 후 이러한 열 에너지를 롤링 바디부 외주면으로 전달하는 에너지 변환부를 포함함으로써, 롤링 바디부에 의해 권취된 머리카락에 열이 공급되도록 하여, 롤링 바디부에 의해 연출된 헤어스타일은 이러한 열 공급에 의해 그 형태가 고정될 수 있게되므로, 이로 인해 헤어 스타일의 지속력이 확보되는 효과가 발생한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 단자부재 및 상기 롤링 바디부의 일단부를 커버하는 캡부를 포함하고, 이는 헤어 시술 과정 중 롤링 바디부가 머리카락을 권취하고 있는 상태에서 중화제 등의 각종 약품이 단자부재에 투입되는 것을 방지하므로, 이러한 캡부의 커버 기능에 의해 단자부재가 입을 수 있는 손상이 최소화되는 효과가 발생한다.
