Summary:According to the present invention, a bisamide derivative, into which a double bond structure with a hydroxyl group is introduced, is added to a polymer complex composition of a resin or an elastic body, thereby complexly controlling and improving characteristics such as improvement on processability and compounding properties and controlling of crosslinking density. 본 발명은 수지 혹은 탄성체의 고분자 복합체 조성물에 있어 하이드록시그룹과 이중결합 구조가 도입된 비스아마이드 유도체를 첨가함으로써 가공성의 개선, 컴파운딩 물성의 개선, 그리고 가교 밀도의 제어를 통한 탄성의 조절 등 복합적으로 특성을 제어하고 개선하는 것이다.
