Summary:Disclosed is a semiaquatic mammal capturing apparatus comprising: a panel exposed above water; a floating frame installed below the panel to secure a predetermined air space underneath the panel; and a capturing net of which top can be closed by the panel and which consists of a mesh body blocking sides and a bottom surface thereof so as to form a space capable of holding a captured semiaquatic mammal therein, wherein the panel includes an immobile door frame portion and an operating door which can move relative to the door frame portion to form an entrance leading to the capturing net. According to the present invention, the semiaquatic mammal capturing apparatus is suitable to be installed on the surface of water, and thus can make a good use of ecological characteristics of semiaquatic mammals. Since most of the capturing net is submerged in water, the semiaquatic mammal capturing apparatus causes little visual disturbance. The semiaquatic mammal capturing apparatus resembles any ordinary panel that is simple and commonly seen on the surface of water, and thus has increased approachability as a resting site, thereby increasing capturing efficiency, can increase operational convenience of the capturing apparatus, and can lessen a managerial burden. 수상에 노출되는 패널과, 패널 아래쪽에 설치되며 패널 아래쪽에 일정 공기 공간을 확보하도록 하는 부유 프레임과, 패널에 의해 상방이 폐쇄되며 포획된 반수생 포유동물이 갇히는 공간을 이루도록 측방과 저면을 차단하는 망체로 이루어진 포획망을 구비하고, 패널에는 움직이지 않는 문틀부분과 문틀부분에 대해 상대적으로 움직여 포획망 공간으로 통하는 입구를 형성할 수 있는 동작문을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반수생 포유동물 포획장치가 개시된다. 본 발명에 따르면 수면상에 설치하기에 적합하여 반수생 포유동물의 생태적 특성을 잘 이용할 수 있고, 포획망의 대부분이 수중에 잠겨 외관적 거부감이 적고, 수면상에서 단순하고 흔히 볼 수 있는 판재와 유사하여 휴식처로서 접근성을 높일 수 있어서 포획효율을 높일 수 있고, 포획장치 운영의 편리성을 높일 수 있고, 관리 부담을 줄일 수 있다.
