Summary:According to an embodiment of a specification of the present invention, provided is a portable electronic apparatus which comprises: a display device including a display area and a non-display area; a fingerprint sensor disposed by overlapping the display area of the display device on the lower portion of the display device; a circuit board disposed on the lower portion of the display device and connected with the fingerprint sensor; and a shielding layer disposed between the fingerprint sensor and the display device. 본 명세서의 실시예에 따른 휴대용 전자장치는 표시영역 및 비표시영역을 포함하는 표시장치, 표시장치 하부에서 표시장치의 표시영역과 중첩하여 배치되는 지문센서, 표시장치 하부에 배치되며, 지문센서와 연결되는 회로보드 및 지문센서와 표시장치 사이에 배치되는 차폐층을 포함한다.
