Summary:The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a nanosuspension comprising a step of dissolving a poorly soluble drug in transcutol, which is a solvent, and the nanosuspension of the poorly soluble drug manufactured by the same. By using transcutol having low toxicity and being able to be applied for oral administration or the skin instead of an existing organic solvent, it is possible to manufacture the nanosuspension without going through an additional solvent removal process, and an average diameter of a particle size of the nanosuspension is less than 300 nm, allowing long-term storage for 6 months or longer. Therefore, the nanosuspension can be usefully utilized as medicinal products. 본 발명은 난용성 약물을 용매인 트랜스큐톨에 용해시키는 단계를 포함하는 나노현탁액의 제조방법 및 이로 제조된 난용성 약물의 나노현탁액에 관한 것으로, 기존의 유기용매 대신 독성이 낮고 경구 투여나 피부에 적용이 가능한 트랜스큐톨을 이용함으로써, 추가적으로 용매를 제거하는 공정을 진행하지 않아도 나노 현탁액의 제조가 가능하며, 상기 나노현탁액의 입가의 평균직경이 300 nm 미만으로 6개월 이상 장기 보존이 가능한 바, 약제품으로서 유용하게 활용할 수 있다.
