According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is an organic light emitting display device comprising a substrate; a buffer layer formed on the substrate; a thin film transistor disposed on the buffer layer and comprising an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, a first insulating layer disposed between the active layer and the gate electrode, and a second insulating layer disposed between the gate electrode and the source electrode and the drain electrode; an uneven pattern part formed on the buffer layer; a first pixel electrode disposed in an opening formed in the second insulating layer and comprising a transparent conductive oxide; a second pixel electrode disposed on the first pixel electrode and comprising a semi-transmissive layer; an organic light emitting layer formed on the second pixel electrode; and a counter electrode formed on the organic light emitting layer.
