Summary: | The present invention relates to a method for preparing germinated brown rice with an increased content of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), and more specifically, to a method for preparing germinated brown rice with an increased content of GABA, which is widely used for food, additives, and cosmetic materials by controlling germination conditions. The method for preparing germinated brown rice with an increased content of GABA according to the present invention includes a step of immersing brown rice in immersion water containing one or more plant extracts selected from the group consisting of calamansi, Aquilaria agallocha Roxburgh, Acer tataricum leaves, Sasa quelpaertensis, Cirsium setidens, Arachis hypogaea hulls, Inonotus obliquus, and Oenothera laciniata Hill, and germinating the brown rice. According to the present invention, when the brown rice is germinated, a content of GABA can be dynamically increased; and when a germinated brown rice extract extracted therefrom is applied to a cosmetic composition, natural cosmetics having excellent whitening and antioxidant effects can be produced.
본 발명은 가바 함량이 증대된 발아현미의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 발아조건 제어를 통하여 식품, 첨가물, 화장품 소재로 널리 이용되는 가바(GABA; Gamma-aminobutyric acid) 함량이 증대된 발아현미의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 가바(GABA) 함량이 증대된 발아현미의 제조방법은 깔라만시, 침향나무신나무 잎, 제주조릿대, 고려엉겅퀴, 땅콩 껍질, 차가버섯 및 애기달맞이로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1 이상의 식물 추출물을 포함하는 침지수에 현미를 침지하고 발아시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 현미 발아시 가바(GABA)의 함량을 월등하게 증대시킬 수 있으며, 이로부터 추출된 발아현미 추출물을 화장료 조성물에 적용시킬 경우 우수한 미백 및 항산화 효과를 천연 화장료를 제조할 수 있다. |
