Summary:An inspection system for improving the drive reliability comprises: a display device including a nonvolatile memory; an inspection device generating a record voltage for recording reference data to the nonvolatile memory in a multi-time programming (MTP) mode for recording the reference data to the nonvolatile memory; and a protection unit applying the record voltage to the nonvolatile memory if the record voltage is within an allowable voltage range and blocking that the record voltage is applied to the nonvolatile memory if a drive voltage is out of the allowable voltage range. 검사 시스템은 비휘발성 메모리를 포함하는 표시 장치, 상기 비휘발성 메모리에 참조 데이터를 기록하는 멀티 타임 프로그래밍(Multi Time Programming: MTP) 모드에서 상기 비휘발성 메모리에 기록을 위한 기록 전압을 생성하는 검사 장치 및 상기 기록 전압이 허용 전압 범위에 있으면 상기 비휘발성 메모리에 상기 기록 전압을 인가하고, 상기 구동 전압이 허용 전압 범위를 벗어나면 상기 기록 전압이 상기 비휘발성 메모리에 인가되는 것을 차단하는 보호부를 포함한다.
