Summary:The present invention relates to a use as a pyridine derivative and/or a SHIP2 inhibitor. More specifically, the present invention relates to: a pyridine derivative of chemical formula I or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a method for manufacturing compounds thereof; and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compounds as active components. The pyridine derivative and the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof are useful as therapeutic agents for diseases related to SHIP2, such as Alzheimer′s dementia, hypertension, cancer, diabetes, etc. 본 발명은 피리딘 유도체 및/또는 SHIP2 억제제로서의 용도에 관한 것으로서, 화학식 I의 피리딘 유도체 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 각각의 염, 이들 화합물의 제조방법, 그리고 이들 화합물이 유효성분으로 함유된 약학 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기한 피리딘 유도체 및 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염은 SHIP2와 관련된 질환 예를 들면 알츠하이머성 치매, 고혈압, 암, 당뇨 등의 치료용 약제로 유용하다.
