A light emitting material layer is disposed in the maximum luminance region of each wavelength in a luminance contour line so as to increase light emitting efficiency of the light emitting diode and the electroluminescence display device. 본 발명은, 투명 전극과 반사 전극 사이에 다수의 발광 스택이 구비된 발광다이오드 및 전계발광 표시장치에 있어서, 발광물질층이 휘도 등고선에서 각 파장의 최대 휘도 영역에 배치됨으로써 발광다이오드 및 전계발광 표시장치의 발광 효율이 향상된다.
