The present invention relates to a rehabilitation system which comprises: a wearable device measuring user′s rehabilitation exercise information; and a user electronic device receiving the rehabilitation exercise information from the wearable device and driving an avatar training program, wherein the user electronic device may receive the avatar training program recommended based on user personal information and the rehabilitation exercise information from a rehabilitation program recommendation server. A rehabilitation effect can be enhanced by performing rehabilitation exercises according to a rehabilitation program suitable for the user by using the wearable device and the user electronic device. 본 발명의 실시 예에 따른 재활 시스템은, 사용자의 재활 운동 정보를 측정하는 웨어러블 장치; 및 상기 웨어러블 장치로부터 상기 재활 운동 정보를 받고 아바타 트레이닝 프로그램을 구동하는 사용자 전자 장치를 포함할 수 있다. 상기 사용자 전자 장치는, 사용자 개인 정보 및 상기 재활 운동 정보에 기반하여 추천된 상기 아바타 트레이닝 프로그램을 재활 프로그램 추천 서버로부터 제공받을 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 웨어러블 장치 및 사용자 전자 장치를 이용하여, 사용자에게 적합한 재활 프로그램에 따라 재활 운동을 수행함으로 재활 효과를 높일 수 있다.
