The present invention relates to an antistatic HDPE film and a manufacturing method thereof. More specifically, provided are an antistatic HDPE film and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein an antistatic film is manufactured by mixing an HDPE resin with an antistatic resin composition without an alcohol-based substance, and thus, a semi-permanent antistatic function can be implemented, and antistatic performance can be maintained for a long period of time. In addition, an additional post process for implementing an antistatic function is not required, and thus, a manufacturing process is simplified and productivity is improved. Since an alcohol-based solubilizing agent is not used, stickiness of a film can be minimized. An antistatic function can be effectively implemented by one film. Furthermore, strength of a film is excellent due to characteristics of an HDPE resin as compared with an existing antistatic LDPE film which is vulnerable to a tearing phenomenon. 본 발명은 HDPE 대전방지 필름과 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 알코올계를 배제하고 HDPE 수지에 대전방지 수지 조성물을 혼합하여 대전방지 필름을 제조하여 반영구적 대전방지기능을 구현할 수 있어 대전방지 성능을 장기간 유지할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 별도의 대전방지 기능 구현을 위한 후가공이 필요없어 제조공정이 간단해 생산성이 우수하고, 알코올 용해제를 사용하지 않아 필름의 끈적임을 최소화할 수 있고 하나의 필름만으로도 대전방지 기능을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 기존의 찢김 현상에 취약한 LDPE 대전방지 필름에 비해 HDPE 수지 특성성 필름의 강도 역시 우수한 HDPE 대전방지 필름과 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
